yea..another.. hehe!! 2 blogs in a day...they went thru this during cell..i wasnt in their cell,but i onli visited..din know tt i cld actually learn sm stuff..hee... i jus wanna share what i learnt lah,instead of keeping it to myself...maybe u guys may find it useful too n apply it when there's a broken relationship,a conflict whatever prob tt is needed to be solved.

how to restore a broken relationship? there are 7ways :
1. Talk to God before talking to the person
to me, ya i agree...when a person is angry,all kinds of words come out frm their tongue.altho they dont mean it..the tongue is the most dangerous weapon of our body. talk to God,ask him how to help u resolve the conflict.. =) he'll help if u're sincere...

2) always take the initiative
(take the initiative to settle it,not wait for the other party to settle it)

3) sympathize with their feelings
(hmmmm..right lohx..smtimes we need to put ourselves in that person "shoes" n understand his/her feelings.both shld share what/how they are thinking n feeling.easier to resolve a conflict.

4) confess your partof the conflict.
(haiz,in every conflict,sure got each other's fault what.....so confess loh.it may seem as easy as it's said. but im sure can learn lah)

5) attack the problem,not the person
(i dont know how mani of u attack the problem or the person,but for me,i'll attack both...y? attack the problem to solve it,and attack the person of how to resolve it n get it straight.)

6) co-operate as much as possible
(i know its not easy,but smtimes giving in helps solve the problem lah..ya.)

7) emphasize reconciliation, not solution
(this,i dont know how to say...hehe,paiseh lah..hmmm...prob get the facts str? still thinking of it)

1) open type of settling... meaning heart to heart talk?
2) thru actions

resolving conflicts is like kind of more on forgiving since u hv decided to solve it.hehe
