hehe..having not exercised for ages..i decided to exercise today...and yes today..cause i was on slimming pills for 1mth and oso using a 2mth slimming lotion..hehe..i have finished my slimming pills but not the lotion...hehe.....and i cannot continue always taking slimming pills,i decided to exercise.....hehes... =]

i stretched myself first...a very short n fast warm-up n started to exercise...know what i did? hehe...
i did:
-130 skips
-20 hoola hoops,
-10++ sit ups and
another 30 skips...
hehe...was quite fast...i couldnt find my bro's dumb-bell..cos i do weight-lifting...the one i usually do is 5kg,11lbs...yeps!!!~ finish exercising...

whew!! im so hot...and sweaty. hahahhas.....k lah,im off to cool down n do my other things...exercising is good!! =) yea...one cannot be lazy to exercise...
