yea, yday was my last lesson in sol2.. 2hrs, on 1 session.which is abt : "how to form a group of leaders?" yepyep....what i learnt most n remembered most is about impartation.. =) hehe...pastor hee guan was the session speaker... attended together with desiree and angela <--my jie's leader. yepyep....i shall share what i learnt abt impartation kk... :D

impartation,hmm.... learnt that the leader of the group shld/must impart values, teaching etc...y? cos if the members doesnt receive anything frm the leader n doesnt know where the leader is doing/teaching...they may feel "huh, what is the leader teaching n stuff?" n etc...they may feel lost n lose focus...n slowly, the members may go to another group which im sure the leader doesnt want his/her members to go to another group....yep.. =)

finally, ive finished my sol2.. =) i cant go to sol3 yet cause im not leading any group yet..so ya loh, must wait till i have people under me then can go for sol3..hehes...yepyep!~
