i sprained my left ankle

haiz,of all days i sprained my ankle. -.- but at least better than i sprained during tribe camp, thank God!~ :) i had a leg cramp in the middle of the night..was quite pain..duno what i did to my leg but from wad i remember, i massaged my leg.hahaha,weird rite..i sleeping still can massage my own leg..n then woke up this morning at 745 cause i had to go to cck to fetch my pri6 cousin to my house..but when i woke up, my ankle was alreadi a little uncomfortable,had a lil difficulity walking..n wen i went to cck, n came home..my ankle became sprained after i sat down for awhile..weird right?! prob no one wld believe me.but its alrite.. =) God will take care of me..
